Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter with strong exposure to the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants, coordinating with Tier-1 vendors, and successfully placing candidates on C2C/W2 opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (IT professionals) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
- Submit consultant profiles for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Negotiate billing rates and close positions efficiently
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and consultants throughout the hiring process
- Track submissions, interview schedules, placements, and consultant availability
- Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and documentation requirements
- Maintain updated consultant resumes and marketing trackers
- Strong experience in US Bench Sales and IT Staffing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of US work authorization/visa types:
- H1B
- OPT
- CPT
- Green Card (GC)
- US Citizen (USC)
- Hands-on experience with job portals and consultant marketing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of Tier-1 vendors or direct clients is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, energetic, and performance-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently during US shift hours
