About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter with strong expertise in US IT Staffing and Bench Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants, vendor management, and handling the complete recruitment cycle for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Bench Sales and recruitment activities for US IT staffing requirements.
- Market bench consultants across various technologies to vendors and implementation partners.
- Source requirements through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other networking channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and recruiting teams.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding interviews, submissions, placements, and onboarding formalities.
- Work on Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent staffing requirements.
- Ensure successful submission-to-placement conversion ratios.
- Maintain updated records of consultant availability, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Stay updated with current US IT market trends, technologies, and staffing requirements.
- Prepare and share weekly performance and progress reports with management.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and offshore recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in Bench Sales and US IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of US employment terms such as W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, TN Visa, and GC.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners and nearby Hyderabad candidates will be given preference.
