Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified IT professionals on the bench, building strong consultant relationships, and ensuring successful placements with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Identification:
- Actively source and identify qualified IT professionals on the bench through various channels such as job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
2. Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants by understanding their career goals, technical skills, and preferences.
- Match consultants with suitable project opportunities and ensure ongoing engagement.
3. Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of available and upcoming bench candidates.
- Track consultant availability, project end dates, and skill sets to optimize placement timing.
4. Placement Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with clients and vendors to understand specific requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate terms, and ensure timely placement of consultants.
5. Market Research:
- Stay up to date with market trends, in-demand technologies, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to improve sales and placement strategies.
6. Communication:
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with consultants, clients, and vendors.
- Provide timely updates, handle queries, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
7. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of consultant interactions, submissions, and placements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales Recruitment (typically 15 years).
- Experience working with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with ATS, and job boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
