About the Role:
Immense Hire is looking for a motivated, high-energy *Bench Sales Recruiter* to join our growing talent marketing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to master the US IT staffing industry. You will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Marketing: Actively promote the profiles of our bench consultants to a network of Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruiters to ensure a steady flow of requirements.
Job Portal Management: Utilize portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to identify relevant opportunities and submit consultant profiles.
Submissions & Follow-ups: Handle the end-to-end submission process, including rate negotiation and interview scheduling.
Database Maintenance: Keep an updated tracker of daily submissions, vendor contacts, and interview status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 0.6 – 2 years in Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a basic understanding of IT roles are welcome).
Communication: Fluent verbal and written English skills are mandatory, as you will be communicating with US-based stakeholders.
Negotiation: Basic understanding of tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and the ability to negotiate hourly rates effectively.
Resilience: A never-give-up attitude with the ability to handle the high-volume nature of US staffing.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with common IT technologies (Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.) is a plus.
