Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter, located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for actively engaging in sales recruitment, conducting full-life cycle recruiting, and managing the hiring process. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with clients for account management and effectively communicating with clients and candidates to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Resume marketing and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Experience in marketing in USA
• Strong Communication skills to facilitate collaboration with clients and candidates
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
