Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4- EAD, GC, and US Citizens) to potential clients and vendors, establishing strong relationships with vendors, and ensuring quick placement of consultants. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills within the US
staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and place bench consultants by developing relationships with direct
clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
Proactively identify opportunities for consultants through job boards, networking,
and referrals.
Maintain a strong database of vendor contacts and client relationships.
Coordinate with consultants throughout the sales cycle, ensuring timely updates
and placement support.
Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and close deals effectively.
Ensure compliance with immigration and hiring policies while placing consultants.
Track and maintain a record of submissions, interviews, and placements.
Work with account managers and recruiting team to maximize placement
opportunities.
Experience working with OPT/CPT consultants and H1B transfers.
Established network of vendors and clients in the US staffing market.
Knowledge of tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and payment structures
Requirements:
14 years of proven experience as a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter in the US
staffing industry. (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, work authorizations, and hiring
regulations.
