Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Mahesana. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, marketing, and placing IT consultants on bench with suitable client requirements, focusing on building strong relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance. The role involves tracking open requirements, maintaining detailed candidate pipelines and activity reports, and collaborating closely with internal account managers to align candidate submissions with client needs. The recruiter will also support resume refinement, ensure timely follow-ups with all stakeholders, and uphold ethical, transparent communication throughout the process.
Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Recruitment and bench sales skills, with the ability to market IT consultants effectively and close placements.
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
  • Experience in Account Management, managing vendor and client relationships, and aligning candidate submissions with business needs.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with the US IT job market, visa classifications (e.g., F1, OPT, CPT, H-1B), and common IT roles and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience in recruitment or staffing; prior bench sales or US staffing experience is highly preferred.
