Job Description

Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Onsite – Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad

Experience: 2–6 Years in US IT Bench Sales / H1B Marketing / US Staffing

About Us:

We are a fast-growing US IT staffing firm, working with direct clients, system integrators, and implementation partners across the United States. As part of our expansion, we are hiring an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to handle end-to-end candidate marketing, build client/vendor relationships, and onboard H1B consultants for transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market candidates on bench (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, EAD, USC) to direct clients and tier-1 vendors
  • Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners
  • Onboard and retain H1B consultants looking for transfer and build a pipeline of strong talent
  • Identify suitable job requirements and proactively submit bench candidates
  • Negotiate contract terms and rate confirmation with vendors and clients
  • Track and report candidate submissions, interviews, and closures
  • Ensure all candidate profiles are well-presented with accurate formatting and highlights
  • Coordinate with internal teams for resume editing, compliance, and onboarding

Required Skills:

  • 2–6 years of proven experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing)
  • Strong experience marketing H1B/GC/Citizen consultants
  • Must have existing vendor contacts and client relationships
  • Knowledge of H1B transfer process and compliance
  • Experience working with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and job portals
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies – Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent spoken and written English for daily communication with vendors and consultants
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
