Job Summary:-

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven OPT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing international students and recent graduates on OPT/CPT programs for various IT and non-IT opportunities across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of US staffing processes, and experience working with F-1 visa candidates.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Source and recruit OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, communication abilities, and visa status.
• Educate candidates about job opportunities, marketing processes, and placement procedures.
• Coordinate with account managers, business development teams, and vendors to identify suitable opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle.
• Track candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements using ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure candidate information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and placement goals.
• Stay updated on US immigration categories relevant to recruitment, including OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, and EAD.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-

• Proven experience in OPT recruitment for US IT Staffing.
• Understanding of US immigration processes, including OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work visas.
• Experience using job portals like LinkedIn, indeed, Monster, and Dice for sourcing candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Staffing, or related field.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in night shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Graduation Required.
