Below The Line(BTL) Executive

About the Role:

This is a hands-on field marketing position suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, local promotions, and working closely with retail store teams. Uniforms(T-shirts)- will be provided as well.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute BTL and on-ground promotional activities to increase brand awareness and store walk-ins.
• Perform regular field work in and around assigned store locations.
• Distribute pamphlets, flyers, and promotional materials to potential customers.
• Coordinate with Look Walkers and other promotional staff for smooth execution of activities.
• Interact with potential customers and guide them towards the store.
• Assisting with the delivery of products to customers when required.
• Support the store team with promotional and operational activities as needed.
• Provide regular updates on completed BTL activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months–2 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Field Marketing, Promotions, Retail, or Sales.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, presentable, responsible, and customer-friendly.
• Willing to handle flexible responsibilities based on business requirements.
