Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bellboy OJT role based at The Raviz in Kozhikode. The Bellboy OJT supports guest arrival and departure by warmly greeting guests, assisting with luggage handling, guiding them to rooms, and explaining basic room features when requested. The role includes coordinating with the front desk and reception team, responding promptly to guest requests, and ensuring lobby and entry areas remain organized. Daily tasks may involve delivering parcels or messages to rooms, assisting with transport arrangements, and helping guests with directions or information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions. The Bellboy OJT is expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow safety and security procedures, and actively participate in training activities to develop skills and knowledge in hotel operations.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly, politely, and professionally with guests and team members.
• Customer Service abilities to provide courteous assistance, anticipate guest needs, and handle requests or concerns promptly.
• Receptionist Duties experience or aptitude, including coordinating with front office staff and supporting check-in and check-out processes.
• Capability to manage Luggage safely and efficiently, including lifting, carrying, and organizing guest belongings with care.
• Willingness to participate in Training programs and learn standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and hotel service standards.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks; prior hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
• Completion of secondary education or equivalent; hospitality or hotel management studies are a plus.
