Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to represent our industrial bearings brand across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in the field, excels in face-to-face customer engagement, and consistently exceeds sales goals. You'll be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and building lasting relationships with factories, OEMs, dealers, and workshops. With a strong focus on performance, real-time CRM tracking, and territory expansion, this position offers significant earning potential through base salary and performance-based incentives. Responsibilities:
  • Visit 1218 customers or prospects daily across Chennai and assigned Tamil Nadu districts (factories, workshops, OEMs, dealers).
  • Identify and convert new business from leads sourced via IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp, and referrals.
  • Sell a full range of industrial and automotive bearings, including Ball, Roller, Taper, Spherical, and Pillow Block types.
  • Provide on-the-spot product demonstrations, address technical questions, and close sales during visits.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets of 815 lakhs (typical for high-performing executives).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, stockists, and end-users.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the warehouse for prompt order dispatch.
  • Log all customer interactions, leads, quotations, orders, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM (mobile app) in real time.
  • Submit daily field activity reports and weekly pipeline updates.

Requirements

14 years of proven B2B field sales experience (industrial or auto spare parts experience is highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Hands-on experience using Zoho CRM mobile app for lead entry, visit logging, quotations, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler (fuel reimbursement and travel allowance provided).
  • Reliable smartphone with stable internet connectivity for live CRM updates.
  • High energy, resilience to rejection, and strong motivation to earn performance-based income.
Territory & Travel:
  • Base: Your Home address
  • Coverage: Chennai and designated districts across Tamil Nadu
  • Work schedule: 6 days per week (MondaySaturday), with flexible field hours
  • Field travel: 7580% of work time; own two-wheeler required

- Fixed Salary: 20,000 35,000 per month (based on experience & last CTC)
