Position: Bell Boy / Bell Attendant

Reports To: Bell Captain / Front Office Manager
Job Summary
The Bell Boy is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities, and ensuring a warm and professional guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist guests with carrying and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
- Deliver guest messages, parcels, newspapers, and other items as required.
- Assist in arranging transportation, taxis, and guest requests.
- Maintain the luggage storage area in a clean and organized manner.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Ensure guest belongings are handled safely and securely.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
- Support other Front Office operations as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum High School education or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Physically fit to lift and carry luggage.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
