About TruHap Neuro Development Center

Truhap Neuro Development Center is a child-focused therapy and development center dedicated to supporting children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, speech and communication difficulties, behavioural challenges, sensory concerns, and learning-related needs. We provide child-centered services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Psychological Support, Parent Guidance, Assessments, and Individualized Intervention Plans. Our approach focuses on helping every child build communication, independence, confidence, emotional regulation, social skills, and daily living abilities.

Behavioural Therapist

Position Summary

We are looking for a Behavioural Therapist to support children with behavioural, emotional, developmental, and social challenges through structured intervention programs and parent guidance.

Key Responsibilities

·      Conduct parent consultations to understand behavioural concerns and developmental history.

·      Develop individualized behaviour intervention plans with measurable short-term and long-term goals.

·      Conduct one-on-one behavioural therapy sessions for children.

·      Implement evidence-based behavioural strategies and reinforcement techniques.

·      Guide and counsel parents regarding behaviour management techniques at home.

·      Conduct monthly Parent-Therapist Meetings (PTMs) to discuss progress, concerns, and therapy goals.

·      Maintain daily log sheets and session records of activities and behavioural observations.

·      Monitor and document progress regularly.

·      Prepare discharge reports and transition plans whenever necessary.

·      Coordinate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators for integrated intervention plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.

  • BCaBA (Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst) certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with Autism and developmental delays.

  • In-depth knowledge of ABA principles and interventions techniques to reduce behavior and enhance social skills enhancement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their best potential.
