Position Title: Domain Team Lead (India)
Reporting To: Head of Domain
Role Overview:
The Domain Team Lead will serve as the senior on-site domain specialist responsible
for supporting implementation and coordination of domain activities in India. The role
combines hands-on contribution to learning content development with field-facing
responsibilities, including supporting client engagements, demonstrations, and training
activities.
Working closely with the Head of Domain and cross-functional teams, the Domain
Team Lead will help ensure smooth coordination of domain work locally while
contributing to the development, testing, and improvement of digital learning activities
on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Success and Client Support
• Support the Customer Success team during client engagements, including product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training workshops for therapists, educators, and parents.
• Participate in pilot implementations and provide domain expertise during client interactions.
• Support troubleshooting and feedback collection during deployments.
• Represent the company at relevant conferences, workshops, and professional events in India.
2. Local Domain Team Coordination
• Coordinate day-to-day domain activities on site, maintaining visibility into team availability, ongoing tasks, and resource allocation.
• Ensure domain coverage for development tasks, pilots, and client-facing activities.
• Facilitate communication between the domain team, Customer Success team, and other internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Domain regarding operational progress and local needs.
3. Hands-on Domain Work
• Contribute to domain-related tasks such as:
o testing newly developed games and learning modules
o reviewing and refining game scripts and learning flows
o supporting development of domain-related content (videos, audios,
visuals)
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams during development and testing
phases.
Education
• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional license in psychology.
Experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in psychology, special education, behavioral intervention, or related domains.
• Experience working with neurodivergent paediatric populations, particularly autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience working with therapists, educators, or parents of children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with digital learning tools, educational technology, or therapy platforms is an advantage.
• Experience participating in workshops, training sessions, or professional events.
Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain psychological or learning concepts to non-specialist audiences.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail in reviewing and testing learning content.
• Willingness to travel regularly across India to support client demonstrations, training sessions, pilot implementations, and professional conferences.

• Ability to apply clinical knowledge and expertise into practical solutions.
