Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist based in Pune Division. The Behavioral Therapist will work directly with children, providing evidence-based interventions and therapy programs tailored to each individual's unique needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering behavioral assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and caregivers to support the child's developmental goals. The therapist will also work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis techniques
- Strong foundation in Psychology and principles of behavior modification
- Ability to establish and maintain effective Interpersonal Skills, including communication with children, families, and team members
- Experience or aptitude in Working With Children with developmental and behavioral challenges
- Organizational and documentation skills to assess and track progress effectively
- Relevant certification or coursework in Behavioral Therapy or Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus
- Compassionate approach and a passion for supporting children's growth and development
