Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist based in Pune. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting behavior assessments, monitoring progress, and collaborating with caregivers and other therapy professionals. The role also involves working closely with children to improve their behavior, social skills, and overall development while maintaining effective communication and documentation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and general Behavior Analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of Psychology and experience working with children
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective communication with families and team members
- Awareness and understanding of diverse developmental challenges such as Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities
- Professional experience in pediatric therapy or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Passion for helping children and fostering their development
