Behavioral Scientist :

Location: Noida( 5 days Work from Office )

Masters in Cognitive Psychology/ Finance/ Behavioral Science/ Social psychology/ neuroscience/ marketing / Economics/ or Equivalent

5+ years of experience in Nudge Units of corporates or government agencies.

Relevant experience in Behavioral science & applying Behavioral insights.

Analyze taxpayer behavior to identify patterns influencing compliance and non-compliance.

Apply Behavioral science theories such as Nudge Theory and Behavioral Economics to understand taxpayer decisions.

Develop interventions using Behavioral insights to improve voluntary tax compliance.

Create and implement campaigns and programs based on Behavioral psychology principles like framing, anchoring, and choice architecture.

Collaborate with advanced analytics teams to integrate Behavioral inputs into AI/ML models for risk detection.

Incorporate psychological and Behavioral dimensions into compliance tools and dashboards.

Conduct field experiments, pilot studies, and Behavioral trials to test the effectiveness of new strategies.

Measure the impact of Behavioral interventions on compliance rates and revenue generation.

Continuously optimize interventions based on data and feedback.
