About the Role
We are seeking a Behavioral Science SME (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on behavioral science, psychology, decision-making, cognitive science, organizational behavior, human behavior analysis, and AI-generated behavioral content evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated behavioral analyses, psychological explanations, decision-making scenarios, organizational behavior content, educational materials, and research summaries. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for human behavior understanding, behavioral insights, educational assistance, and responsible AI interactions.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in behavioral science, psychology, cognitive science, organizational behavior, behavioral economics, human factors, social sciences, or applied behavioral research.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing real-world behavioral science and human decision-making
- Review AI-generated explanations of behavioral theories, cognitive biases, decision-making models, learning principles, motivation, personality frameworks, and organizational behavior concepts.
- Evaluate behavioral analyses, research summaries, educational content, workplace scenarios, customer behavior analyses, and case studies for conceptual accuracy and practical relevance.
- Verify behavioral concepts, research findings, theoretical frameworks, and scientific terminology using reputable academic and professional sources.
- Identify unsupported claims, misconceptions, biased reasoning, overgeneralizations, misuse of psychological terminology, and factual inaccuracies.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in behavioral reasoning, educational content generation, workplace guidance, and research support.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Economics, Human Factors, Sociology, or a related field is required.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, Organizational Behavior, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in behavioral science, psychology, organizational behavior, behavioral research, human factors, academia, consulting, or applied behavioral analysis.
- Applying behavioral theories and evidence-based frameworks to real-world scenarios.
- Conducting or reviewing behavioral research and scientific literature.
- Developing educational or research-based behavioral content.
- Evaluating AI-generated behavioral and psychological content for scientific accuracy.
- Familiarity with academic databases, research methodologies, statistical interpretation, and behavioral assessment frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make evidence-based evaluations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with universities, research institutions, consulting firms, healthcare organizations, behavioral research labs, public policy organizations, HR consulting firms, or UX research teams.
- Expertise in one or more areas such as Cognitive Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Consumer Behavior, Behavioral Economics, Decision Science, Social Psychology, Learning Sciences, Human Factors, or Applied Behavioral Analysis.
- Experience developing educational content, research publications, workplace behavior frameworks, behavioral interventions, or policy guidance.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated educational content, behavioral datasets, conversational AI responses, or decision-support systems.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), AI benchmarking, or responsible AI evaluation is an advantage.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, or recognized behavioral science platforms are highly desirable.
