Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and commission PLC/HMI/SCADA automation solutions using Beckhoff TwinCAT platform for industrial machinery and process lines.
- - Work on Beckhoff PLC programming, I/O configuration, and integration with servo/motion control systems.
- - Perform on-site installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of automation panels at customer locations (Bengaluru/Hosur and surrounding regions).
- - Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams to ensure smooth integration of automation systems.
- - Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and provide after-sales support/maintenance to customers.
- - Travel to client sites as required for installation and support.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA/HMI programming; experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT strongly preferred.
- - Working knowledge of industrial automation, motion control, and industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, Modbus, Profinet).
- - Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
- - Willingness to work from Bengaluru or Hosur and travel for site visits.
