Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Therapist role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. The Beauty Therapist will perform a range of professional beauty treatments, including skin care services, hair removal procedures, and related cosmetology treatments, following salon standards and safety protocols. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable services and products, and delivering high-quality, personalized treatments. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, preparing equipment and materials, and ensuring hygienic practices at all times. The Beauty Therapist will also contribute to an excellent client experience through attentive customer service, clear communication, and support for the wider salon team.

Qualifications

• Professional expertise in cosmetology, with practical experience in beauty therapy and salon treatments.
• Skills in hair removal techniques, including waxing and threading, with attention to comfort and hygiene.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in laser hair removal procedures, adhering to safety and compliance guidelines.
• Strong skin care skills, including facials, basic skin analysis, and appropriate product usage for different skin types.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field.
• Ability to work flexible salon hours, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple appointments efficiently.
• Experience in high-end or premium salon environments and familiarity with holistic or contemporary beauty trends is an advantage.
