Department: Beauty & Aesthetics

Reporting To: Centre Head

Positions Supervised: Beauty Therapists, Hair Stylists, Pedicurists, Nurses, Dermat support staff

Experience: 4–7 years (with at least 2 years in a leadership role)

Education: Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology / BHMS + Cosmo / BDS + Cosmo / BAMS + Cosmo

Role Overview

The Beauty Head is responsible for leading the Beauty Department, driving service sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role demands strong technical expertise in skin & hair services, sales orientation, and team leadership to ensure client delight and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve Beauty, Derma & Product sales targets.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Customer Excellence

• Maintain NPS > 90% with high service standards.
• Conduct client consultations and resolve concerns.
• Ensure timely package execution and follow-ups.

Operations & Compliance

• Maintain SOP adherence, hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
• Track product consumption and manage stock effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation and system entries.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team.
• Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances.

Collaboration

• Partner with Slimming Head, Derma team, and Marketing/BTL for cross-functional growth and activations.
