Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Delhi

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month

About the Role:

Winston is looking for a poised and customer-centric Beauty Advisor to deliver a seamless and elevated brand experience. This role requires hands-on familiarity with a wide range of grooming and styling appliances across both men's and women's categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in choosing the right grooming and styling solutions based on their needs

• Demonstrate usage of appliances such as trimmers, shavers, hair dryers, and women's grooming tools

• Create a premium, personalized in-store experience aligned with the brand ethos

• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and new launches

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays

• Address customer queries with confidence and professionalism

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor / Sales Associate in grooming, beauty, or personal care

• Hands-on experience with grooming and styling appliances.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-groomed, polished, and customer-first mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
