Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor / Senior Beauty Advisor with a luxury skin care brand, based in New Delhi, serving customers across Delhi and Gurgaon. The role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their skin concerns, and recommending suitable luxury skincare products that align with their needs and preferences. The Beauty Advisor will demonstrate product application, explain benefits and ingredients, and provide basic skincare consultations while maintaining a high standard of brand representation and personal grooming. Daily responsibilities include achieving retail sales targets, managing product displays, maintaining counter hygiene, handling billing and stock replenishment, and supporting promotions or events in-store. The position also includes building long-term customer relationships, collecting feedback, and staying updated on new product launches and skincare trends through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge in luxury Skin Care and the ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage with confidence.
• Background or training in Cosmetology or related beauty and wellness fields, with a focus on skin types and basic skin concerns.
• Proven Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and a consultative approach to client needs.
• Experience in Retail Sales, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers in a professional and respectful manner.
• High standards of personal grooming and a polished appearance consistent with a luxury brand environment.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
• Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor, Skin Care Specialist, or in a similar in-store role is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with billing systems and inventory tools are an advantage.
