Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor - SIS role based in Noida. The Beauty Advisor will engage with customers on the shop floor, warmly welcome them, identify their needs, and recommend suitable Kimirica products across skincare, bath, body, and fragrances. The role involves demonstrating product usage and benefits, providing personalized self-care consultations, and educating customers on ingredients, routines, and product combinations. The Beauty Advisor will drive retail sales by achieving individual and store targets, managing product displays, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring shelves are clean, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks also include handling billing and basic cash/point-of-sale operations, tracking inventory levels, coordinating with the store team on stock replenishment, and supporting in-store promotions and sampling activities. The role requires maintaining product knowledge, staying updated on new launches and brand stories, and ensuring every customer enjoys a premium, consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and client engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Retail sales and in-store selling skills, including experience meeting sales targets, upselling, cross-selling, and working with POS/billing systems.
  • Cosmetology and skin care knowledge, with the ability to explain routines, skin types, and product benefits in simple, clear language.
  • Product knowledge skills, including the ability to learn and retain information about ingredients, formulations, and brand values (vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free).
  • Previous experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, or premium retail environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional in-store presence.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Minimum high school/secondary education; certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is an advantage.
