This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor - SIS based in Mumbai. The Beauty Advisor will engage with clients to provide personalized product recommendations, offering professional consultations about skincare and beauty solutions. They will actively promote the brand by sharing product knowledge, supporting retail sales through exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Additionally, maintaining display standards and keeping up-to-date on the latest product innovations will be key responsibilities.

• Knowledge of cosmetology, particularly related to skincare and beauty products
• Strong understanding of product features, benefits, and applications
• Proven experience in customer service and building strong client relationships
• Background in retail sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in the luxury beauty or wellness industry is a plus
