This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor role for SIS Counters located in Gurugram. The Beauty Advisor will engage with customers to provide product knowledge, suggest suitable products, and offer skin care solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include driving retail sales, offering personalized beauty consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales area to enhance customer experience.

• Knowledge of Cosmetology and expertise in Skin Care practices
• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and staying updated on the latest beauty trends
• Strong skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
• Experience in Retail Sales with a focus on luxury or lifestyle products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences
• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a strong advantage
