Role Description

This full-time on-site Beauty Advisor role is based in Pune Maharashtra. The Beauty Advisor will provide personalized assistance to customers, offering expertise on PROTOUCH hair and skin care products. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, recommending products, demonstrating product usage, and driving retail sales while maintaining excellent customer service. The Beauty Advisor will also stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the beauty and personal care industry.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cosmetology and Skin Care
• Comprehensive understanding of product knowledge and application
• Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills
• Experience in Retail Sales and general beauty retail operations
• Enthusiasm for beauty and personal care products
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Previous experience as a beauty advisor or in a similar role is a plus
• Diploma or certification in beauty or cosmetology is advantageous
• 0-6 month experience / Based in Pune Maharashtra.
