Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor based in Mohali City. The Beauty Advisor will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized product recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining product knowledge, offering skincare guidance, and achieving retail sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cosmetology and skincare techniques
• Strong understanding of product specifications, product benefits, and features
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional in-store experiences
• Experience in retail sales and meeting sales targets
• Enthusiasm for beauty, self-care, and wellness trends
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Previous experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
• Formal training or certification in beauty or skincare is an advantage
