About the Role:
Kimirica is hiring a Beauty Advisor for our SIS counter at Shoppers Stop, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. This role is customer-facing and sales-driven, where you will represent Kimirica in-store and deliver a premium beauty experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations
- Demonstrate products and suggest the right solutions based on customer needs
- Drive counter sales through strong product knowledge and conversion skills
- Maintain counter hygiene, visual merchandising, and display standards
- Monitor stock, coordinate replenishment, and manage basic inventory tasks
- Build relationships with repeat customers and ensure high service standards
- Coordinate with store teams for smooth daily operations
Candidate Profile:
- 14 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or premium retail
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and retail store timings
- Passion for beauty, grooming, and customer service
