Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor role based in Indore. The Beauty Advisor will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products. Responsibilities include demonstrating product usage, explaining key ingredients and benefits, and ensuring exceptional customer service at every interaction. The role also involves achieving retail sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing stock on the shop floor, and supporting in-store events and promotions. The Beauty Advisor will handle billing, respond to customer queries and feedback, and actively contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment that reflects Kimirica's brand values.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and suggest suitable routines.
• Solid product knowledge, particularly in skincare, bath and body, and fragrance, with the ability to explain ingredients and benefits clearly.
• Proven customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and a professional, welcoming communication style.
• Experience in retail sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual or store-level targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working in a diverse team.
• Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) skills for billing, inventory checks, and customer data entry.
• Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness retail is preferred; a certification or diploma in cosmetology or related field is an advantage.
