Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor role based in Indore. The Beauty Advisor will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and wellness ranges. Responsibilities include demonstrating product usage, explaining key ingredients and benefits, and guiding customers toward suitable self-care routines. The role involves achieving retail sales targets, handling billing and basic store operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring product displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The Beauty Advisor will also handle customer queries, resolve concerns professionally, gather feedback, and support in-store promotions or events to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Retail Sales abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Cosmetology and Skin Care, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate product and routine recommendations.
  • Solid Product Knowledge, with a willingness to learn about ingredients, benefits, and usage of Kimirica's full range of offerings.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore with flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasons as needed.
  • Previous experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, or luxury customer experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems and digital tools for billing and inventory.
  • Passion for self-care, wellness, and ethical, vegan, cruelty-free products.
