ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for customer-focused Beauty Advisors / Senior Beauty Advisors for our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). The role involves delivering a premium in-store experience, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers and deliver a personalised, premium shopping experience aligned with Kimirica's luxury brand positioning.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products across skincare, bath and body, fragrances and gifting.
• Drive store sales by achieving individual and store sales targets, promoting products, upselling and cross-selling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, fragrance profiles, product benefits and usage to help customers make informed purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, stock availability and store hygiene in line with brand standards.
• Support daily store operations, billing, inventory management, customer feedback and relationship building.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Fluency in English is mandatory, along with strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in beauty, skincare, personal care and fragrances.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend products confidently.
• Good grooming, presentation and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and deliver a premium customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant retail experience may apply.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance, luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong sales, communication and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.
