Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Professional at Ion Exchange India Ltd., based in Vadodara. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, developing customer solutions, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing business proposals, conducting market research, providing training where necessary, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience in Sales and Business Planning to identify potential opportunities and achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Proficiency in conducting Training sessions for customers or team members as needed.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a team or independently.
  • Relevant educational background in business, engineering, or related fields is preferred but not required.
