BE/B.Tech Chemicals for QA/QC Technician-Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities:-

Control of non-conforming products & corrective/preventive actions.

Monitoring and process control of specific operations.

Maintenance of quality records.

Adherence to EMS requirements. Refer NZIN EMS Guiding Document.

Adherence to Quality and EHS documents like Standard Operating procedures, Equipment Operating procedure, Operational control procedures, Annexure and Basis direction.

Adherence to product specifications.

Traceability from finished product to raw materials.

Maintenance of Production equipment in coordination with Maintenance Department.

In-process product sampling, packing, inspection, and storage

Monitoring of process efficiencies.

Entering data in Quality records.

Ensure compliance with all standards requirements.
