BDS/MDS Clinic Head

Role Description The BDS Clinic Head at Oxiv is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring high standards of patient care. This role includes supervising clinical and support staff, managing patient flow, and coordinating schedules to maintain smooth functioning of the clinic. The BDS Clinic Head will implement clinical protocols, monitor compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and support quality improvement initiatives. The position also involves engaging with patients and families, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize clinic performance and service delivery. The BDS Clinic Head will report on key operational metrics and contribute to strategic planning for clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized institution and valid professional registration.
• Demonstrated experience in clinic or practice management, including staff supervision and operational oversight.
• Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, infection control, and healthcare quality and safety standards.
• Ability to manage patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation in a busy clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and basic office productivity tools.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a multi-specialty clinic or hospital environment in Hyderabad or similar settings is an advantage.
