Our RAAS (Reel-as-a-Service) model allows companies to upload video JDs showcasing their workplace vibe, and job seekers to create video resumes highlighting their skills and personality. Beyond content, we are building a community where users can share opportunities, interact, and grow together. The app also provides quick career tips, industry insights, and skill-building hacks, turning casual scrolling into growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BDR Sales position at InSeconds.app, located in Gurugram. The BDR Sales role involves daily tasks such as lead generation, inside sales, and business development. The role requires effective communication to cultivate relationships and drive sales initiatives. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Business Development experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in SAAS, IT Sales, or Finance Companies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
