Job Description

About the Role:

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to own and run our outbound sales engine. You'll play a key role in building our outbound funnel from scratch - right from setting up the right tech stack to writing killer cold email sequences and automating campaigns that convert. If you're someone who loves building from the ground up, enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies, and thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments, we want to talk to you!

What you'll do:

  • Lead Generation: Identify target accounts and find the right decision-makers
  • Outbound Execution: Craft personalized messages and run multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Twitter to generate qualified meetings.
  • Tech Stack Ownership: Set up and manage sales tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Instantly/Smartlead/Lemlist, etc.) to streamline prospecting and reporting.
  • Email Campaigns: Write and automate engaging outbound email sequences that convert.
  • Campaign Optimization: Use data to identify inefficiencies, test new approaches, and continuously improve outreach performance.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • You're a strong communicator and love writing personalized messages
  • You're hands-on with tools like CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales tech stacks, and Google Sheets
  • You're curious, organized, and love finding smarter ways to do things
