Job responsibilities:
- Preform remote administration, maintenance, triage and deployment of Active Directory 2008 / 2012, Remote Desktop Services, Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 / 2013 /2016, Office 365, network switches, routers, firewalls and storage technologies
- Designs, configures, and deploys complex AD, server, cloud, and network environments.
- Acts as primary decision-maker for fault handling, escalation, and rapid incident response.
- Manage & Troubleshooting IP networks, routing, HA, security, and VoIP.
- cloud environment administration (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Manage and enhance NMS to ensure deeper production insights.
- Solve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provides technical escalation, mentoring, and documentation ownership.
- Works directly with clients on high-priority technical matters.
- Shift Timings: 7:00pmIST-3:30amIST (can be rotational based on business requirements)

Experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft, cloud, and advanced network systems.
- Deep understanding of network operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and solution-design ability.
- Preferred experience with backup systems, cloud technologies, and advanced server operations.
