Job Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
- Create comprehensive technical specifications, architecture, and configuration documentation
- Present solution designs and recommendations to client leadership teams
- Design and develop integrations between Infor LN Logistics and Finance modules and other enterprise systems, such as CRM, WMS, MES systems
- Manage data conversion activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading of data into Infor LN
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities
- Manage project workstreams and deliverables within established timelines and budgets
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong verbal and written comprehension skills in English
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5-9 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Infor LN Tools modules
- Working experience developing extensions with Infor LN 4GL programming language and tooling, such as Infor LN Studio, LN Extensibility module
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles
- Demonstrated experience with at least 3 full lifecycle Infor LN implementations
- Understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) concepts
- Familiarity with business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.)
- General IT literacy (networking, databases, cloud concepts)
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, and similar)
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON)
- Basic SQL knowledge (querying, data manipulation)
- Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with middleware or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and similar)
- Understanding of data mapping and transformation
- Ability to work across tight timelines.
- Able to collaborate at least 3 hours a day in Eastern Standard Time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Infor Certified LN Cloud System Administrator
- Infor LN 4gl, LN Studio and LN Extensibility module
- Infor OS
- AI/ML foundations or expert knowledge a plus.
- ITIL Certification
- LN REST API Development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum implementation methodologies
