This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in US staffing at TEK Inspirations LLC, located in Agra. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with the recruitment team to fulfill clients staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, lead generation, client meetings, contract negotiations, and participation in industry events. The BDM is expected to maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and leverage this knowledge to achieve business objectives.

• Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment processes
• Market Research and Lead Generation skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the IT staffing industry is a plus
