Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Kochi. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies. This role involves preparing proposals, pitching services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, networking with stakeholders, and representing the company at industry events to acquire new clients and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong ability in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
  • Experience in the IT or Cybersecurity industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kochi
