Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in solar products. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, developing effective business plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through account management, driving sales growth, and managing solar product portfolios. The BDM will play a key role in contributing to the company's growth by expanding its market presence and driving strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Business Planning to identify opportunities and strategize market entry.
  • Strong Sales and Account Management skills to build client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Experience in Product Management, including knowledge of solar products and their application.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry landscape.
  • Background in renewable energy or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
