Job Summary
Looking for a results-driven professional to lead business development efforts in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The role covers the full sales cyclelead generation, client qualification, proposal presentation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients (industrial, commercial, institutional)
- Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and partners
- Present customized solar solutions (CAPEX/OPEX/EMI)
- Conduct client meetings and close deals
- Coordinate proposals and post-sale support
- Maintain reports and support marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in solar or B2B technical sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel for client meetings
- Familiarity with solar systems, ROI models, and policy benefits
