Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate qualified leads through various channels and identify potential clients to support business growth.

Company Introduction & Client Outreach

  • Introduce the company, its products, and services to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.

Inquiry Generation & Management

  • Encourage and generate client inquiries by understanding customer needs and providing accurate information.

Query Resolution & Client Support

  • Address and resolve client queries promptly and effectively to build trust and confidence in the company's offerings.

Follow-up & Order Finalization

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, negotiate as required, and manage the process until successful order finalization.

Client Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
