This is a full-time, on-site role for a BDM SAP / ERP located at our Ahmedabad office. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales of SAP/ERP solutions. Daily responsibilities include evaluating customer needs, preparing and delivering presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating with technical teams for solution deployments. The Business Development Manager will also work on market research and outreach efforts to drive revenue growth and business expansion.

• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and an understanding of consulting, advisory, and application maintenance services
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in IT services or digital transformation solutions, with an advantage for familiarity with RPA, cloud, AI, or IoT
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification in SAP/ERP is a plus
