Role Overview
We are seeking a revenue-focused Business Development Manager to drive growth in Domestic IT Staffing & Recruitment services. This role carries direct revenue ownership, new client acquisition responsibility, and commercial closure accountability. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in IT staffing sales and consistently delivers targets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Ownership
Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain a strong domestic client pipeline.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation client meetings proposal commercial negotiation deal closure.
Negotiate rate cards, MSAs, payment terms, and staffing commercials.
Ensure billing continuity and revenue growth from managed accounts.
New Client Acquisition
Identify and acquire new clients requiring IT contract staffing, permanent hiring, and managed services.
Proactively generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
Convert prospects into long-term revenue accounts.
Account Growth & Expansion
Grow revenue from existing accounts through cross-selling and higher volume staffing.
Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CTOs, and Business Heads.
Act as escalation point for strategic clients.
Market Strategy
Identify high-demand technology areas and vertical-specific opportunities.
Share market intelligence with recruitment teams to align fulfillment strategies.
Candidate Profile
78 years of proven experience in IT Staffing Business Development (Domestic market mandatory).
Strong exposure to contract staffing, permanent hiring, and managed staffing models.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience handling enterprise and mid-sized IT client accounts.
Strong commercial negotiation and closure skills.
