Job Description:Royallinks is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a construction company or must have strong construction sales experience. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and expand the customer base.
- Work closely with the marketing and project teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Ensure smooth customer interactions, negotiations, and successful project closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:- Minimum 37 years of experience in sales within the construction or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a sales team and multitask effectively.
- Good understanding of the construction market and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
