Job Description

Industry & Sector: Fastgrowth recruitment consultancy operating in the staffing and talentacquisition sector, serving technology and professionalservices clients across India and international markets. We deliver endtoend hiring solutions (RPO, retained search, contingency) to help businesses scale highperformance teams.

Role: Business Development Manager Recruitment Consultancy (Remote, India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a highquality sales pipeline targeting midmarket and enterprise clients across technology and professional services.
  • Drive full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present recruitment solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Partner with delivery and recruitment teams to design commercial proposals, SLAs, and bespoke hiring solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, produce reliable forecasts, and report on pipeline health and win/loss metrics.
  • Develop longterm client relationships through consultative selling, regular business reviews, and proactive upsell of additional services.
  • Represent the consultancy in marketfacing activities webinars, events, and targeted outbound campaigns to drive brand awareness and new business.

Skills & Qualifications

MustHave

  • Proven B2B sales experience within recruitment, staffing, or talentacquisition services.
  • Track record selling to technology and/or professional services clients in the Indian market.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Practical understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment delivery lifecycle.

Preferred

  • Experience with executive search or retained search mandates.
  • Familiarity with MSP/RPO commercial models and largescale hiring programs.
