Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)

- We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven expertise in acquiring and managing Prime Vendor (PV) and Direct Clients within the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong market connections, a hunter mindset, and the ability to consistently onboard new PV clients while driving long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Prime Vendor and Direct Clients for US Staffing (IT / Non-IT / Healthcare as applicable).
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Share daily/weekly job requirements with recruiters and track submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and staffing trends in the US market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards, and US staffing regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience as a BDM in US Staffing with Prime Vendor acquisition success.
- Strong existing Prime Vendor network (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of US staffing business models, billing, margins, and MSP/VMS processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to close deals independently.
- Experience working with recruiters, account managers, and delivery teams.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking.
